Introducing… Carmen Cooper!
Carmen Cooper is “learning to live”….in the tension of being ordinary and spectacular: “From an early age I mastered the ability to “turn on” my public face. With a few words, a great outfit and of course a good hair day most people are convinced that I have it all together. But a tsunami of severe depression washed away this pedestal of impressions and after nearly losing my life I slowly began to find a more firm footing. I am learning to listen and give voice to an identity that I once convinced myself was too much. No longer driven by the need to impress others, myself or the One I fear and love most, I find the most contentment in witnessing the spectacular in the very ordinariness of life. Oh and I absolutely love to prepare and share an ordinary meal to a at least 10 spectacular people!!”
