Bryor Snefjella just finished his time as a PhD student in the cognitive science of language at McMaster University. He studied the expression of emotionally loaded and sensory language in “big data” records of online communication. Before moving to the “big city” of Hamilton, he was homeschooled on a small organic farm in Bancroft Ontario.
